Payment

  • If making payment via Bank Transfer, payment must be received within 3 business days of placing your order online
  • Your order will be removed from the system if payment is not received in this time
  • This enables goods that may be in short supply to be available to other customers for purchase

Delivery Charges

  • Deliveries to remote locations may attract additional freight charges. You will be advised of any extra charges prior to your order being processed
  • Orders for large and/or heavy items may attract additional freight charges. You will be advised of any extra charges prior to your order being processed
  • You will have the option to cancel your order if any of the above additional charges is not suitable, and a full refund will be provided via the same method as payment was made
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless goods are being sent via Australia Post, which is not possible for larger items. There may be an additional charge to send to PO Boxes on some items

Delivery Time

  • Goods in stock in our Brisbane workshop will be dispatched within 24 hours - same day where possible
  • Goods in stock at the Melbourne warehouse will take an additional 3-4 business days before dispatch to you
  • Goods on backorder take anywhere up to 6 weeks before dispatch. We will let you know expected ETA for any orders received
  • If there will be any delay in processing your order, you will be advised of this prior to processing your order
  • You will have the option to cancel your order if this is not suitable, and a full refund will be provided via the same method as payment received

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases
  • We do not accept returns for goods that have been opened and/or used in any way
  • Do not send goods back to us before logging into your account and completeing a Product Return and obtaining an RMA number

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be accepted for goods that are in the unopened original packaging
  • Any freight and insurance costs incurred by either party will not be refunded and may be greater than what you have originally paid to us as we subsidise some delivery costs by using a standard shipping fee per order
  • If a product does not perform as per the manufacturer's specifications, we will refund your payment upon return of the product in the original packaging, including all documentation, and in 'as new' condition, less any freight and insurance costs
  • If the packaging has been opened, the goods will be returned to you at your cost as a refund will not apply
  • Do not send goods back to us before logging into your account and completeing a Product Return and obtaining an RMA number
